Seasonal Sales Associate
Valley Pool & Spa Seasonal Sales Associates sell all pool and spa products in a fun atmosphere. We provide full paid training on everything that you need to know so no industry experience is required. Non-sales job responsibilities include testing pool and spa water at the water test station and assisting with daily store upkeep, stocking, and inventory. Flexible hours.
Qualifications:
- One or more years of sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Have basic knowledge of math and percentages
- You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Ability to be on your feet for 4-9 hours shifts and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to move products upwards of 75 or more pounds with proper carts, dollies or pallet jacks
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand the selling process and customer engagement as it is related to sales
- Strongly committed to hitting targets and exceeding goals
- Strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with computers
- Team player
- Understand proper use of grammar and spelling
- You must be able to distinguish between colors
COMPENSATION:
Summer work May through August
$500 to $800 Weekly
