Valley Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, home of the Truck with the Duck, is a locally owned, fast-growing company expanding our expertise in heating & cooling. We’re seeking an HVAC Apprentice to help us build and grow this division while upholding our reputation for exceptional service.

This role is ideal for someone looking to get their foot in the door and start learning the ins and outs of HVAC.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings.
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues in HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to service calls, providing high-quality customer service and clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and industry regulations during all HVAC work.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system performance for reporting and efficiency tracking.
• Collaborate with team members or contractors

What We’re Looking For:

• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and confident working independently.
• Strong communicator and problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
