What You Will Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently and accurately
• Must know the phases of residential HVAC systems and operations
• Learn and remain compliant with all standards and practices for data recording and invoice reporting
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and clearly explain all problems and repair options to customers
• Apply technical knowledge to perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections and communicate findings
• Install, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service while solving technical issues effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Work independently while also supporting team members when needed
• Safely lift heavy equipment and materials as required
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential environments

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HVAC installation and service experience is a plus
• Universal EPA Certification required
• Proven experience installing/servicing residential boiler systems, including oil heat systems
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring, connections, and HVAC system components
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in tight spaces including attics and crawl spaces
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school training or HVAC certification is a plus
