Advanced Women’s Care (AWC) is a rapidly expanding, physician-owned, multispecialty women’s health practice, and we are growing our Arizona presence.
We’re seeking OB/GYN physicians to join our Lake Havasu team and help meet the increasing demand for high-quality women’s healthcare across the Valley.

Our multidisciplinary team includes:
- OB/GYN Physicians
- Certified Nurse Midwives
- Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeons (MIGS)
- OB/GYN Hospitalists
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
- Gynecologic Oncology
- Research and clinical support teams

What We Offer
- Compensation: Base Bonuses $400,000 – $600,000 annually
- Sign-on / Retention Bonus: $75,000 – $100,000
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000 – $25,000
