Valley Oral Surgery is looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated Oral Surgery Assistant to join our clinical team. If you have experience in dental, medical, or surgical assisting, we’d love to hear from you! Oral surgery experience is not required—we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to help you feel confident and successful in your role.
What You’ll Do
- Surgical Chairside Assisting: Serve as the doctor's primary co-pilot during complex procedures, including dental implants, extractions, and corrective surgeries
- Patient Care & Advocacy: Greet and prepare patients for surgery, offering a reassuring presence to ease pre-operative anxiety.
- Sterilization & Safety: Manage infection control by meticulously preparing, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments according to the highest industry standards.
- Post-Operative Guidance: Deliver clear, compassionate recovery instructions to patients and their escorts.
What We’re Looking For
- Dental, medical, or surgical assisting experience
- X-Ray Certification preferred or obtained within 30 days of hire
- CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Dependable, positive, compassionate, and eager to learn

Full-Time: 38–40 hours per week
This is an active clinical position with at least 50% of the day spent standing.
