The primary goal of the Kids Club Attendant is to support the rhythm of a small group. They support the Kids Club Manager and Kids Club Supervisor in maintaining the groups schedule, ensuring activities are completed, interactions are safe and healthy, and support children in having fun! The Kids Club Supervisor is also responsible for sanitation standards, modeling appropriate behavior and interactions, and being a proactive part of our program.

Summary

Kids Club Attendant
- Have Good Communication Skills - you will be interacting directly with children and adults and providing excellent customer service is necessary.
- Always maintaining well organized spaces. Ensuring there is no trash anywhere or objects left out.
- Have a positive and energetic attitude - Being in a new and unknown space can be challenging for some kids. We want to encourage kids to engage fully with our programs, other students, and our staff. Being proactive and positive ensures our kids feel supported, have fun, and want to return to our programs!
- Have experience with Children- You will have opportunities to show patience, enthusiasm, and your passion for kids.
- Be a Team Player - you will work with another staff member to help the group's program run smoothly.
- Standing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, stretching.
- Applicants need to be 16 years of age at minimum. Applicants, dependent on age, may need to complete a background check. Upon hire, staff will be required to have both TB testing completed and documented. An active AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to working with children is required as well as an active CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Applicants should have previous experience with childcare, be reliable, and maintain an excitement and passion for enhancing their skills with students and peers.
- Must always practice and promote safety.
- Previous experience in education, childcare, and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Year round, flexible work hours. Daily shifts are available from 8:30 am – 1:00 pm dependent on schedules hours. Any time off requests or notifications of being sick must be made via text or email to the Kids Club Manager.
- Candidates must also exhibit strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
