What You’ll Do:
- Partner with children and families to create personalized support plans
- Provide intensive case management focused on emotional stability and well-being
- Offer crisis intervention and support in homes, hospitals, and community settings
- Coach families in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Advocate for clients and help strengthen their support networks
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- 2 years of experience working with youth and families
- Strong communication and crisis management skills
- Flexibility to travel within the community
