What You’ll Do
- Perform digital multi-point inspections with photos and video
- Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems
- Execute repairs efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality
- Communicate clearly with advisors to support a seamless customer experience
- Stay current with OEM standards, evolving technology, and best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Properly document all work performed and parts used
- ASE Certifications (preferred / required depending on level)
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic ability with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to flag hours in a production environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable with modern vehicle technology and digital tools
- A technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a winning team
- $28 - $50 per hour (based on experience & ASE certifications)
- Paid semi-monthly
- Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance available (for qualified candidates)
