What You’ll Do
- Perform multi-point inspections with photos and videos to clearly communicate vehicle needs
- Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems
- Execute repairs efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality standards
- Collaborate with advisors and management to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay current with OEM standards, evolving technology, and best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Properly document all work performed and parts used
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic ability with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license
- Solid communication and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working with modern vehicle technology and computer systems
- Ability to identify safety concerns and take initiative
- A technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a winning team
- $28 - $50 per hour (based on experience & ASE certifications)
- Paid semi-monthly
- Relocation bonus (if applicable)
