Position Overview
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care across a diverse patient population, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, personable, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. This Nurse Practitioner would provide coverage amongst all three of our clinics. Locations include Jacksboro, Clinton, and Blaine.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on the whole person
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and excellence of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
