Bilingual Medical Assistant

Valley Medical is a locally owned and operated wellness clinic in Arizona. With three locations in the Valley, we are opening our fourth clinic in Chandler and are looking to hire full time Medical Assistants (MA) for our brand new location. If you are a medical assistant with an outgoing personality who loves helping people, and want to make $21 to $24 per hour, we need to talk! HOURS:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:45am-6pm

Saturday 7:45am-3pm

Wednesday & Sunday CLOSED

You must have completed Medical Assistant training to apply (diploma or certificate required).

The Pay:

$43,000-$50,000/year (full time)

The Job:

Our MAs are assigned to back office duties and responsibilities including:

· Rooming patients, preparation of patient charts, medical history, and vitals (weight, pulse, blood pressure)

· Administering injections

· Patient education and coaching

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining superior customer service and patient care.

· Stocking, cleaning, medication/supply prep.

· Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

The Musts:

· Medical Assistant Diploma/Certificate

· Team player – MUST be team oriented. This means being reliable, responsible and willing to help a the team or a team member when the need presents itself

· Must have an outstanding customer service, customer-oriented personality and approach

· Ability to communicate confidently and effectively both verbally and written

· Computer skills

· Type 40 wpm minimum

· Experience with electronic health records

· Professional appearance

· This position requires the candidate to work Saturdays.

The Shoulds:

· 1 year Medical Assistant experience

· Bilingual in English and Spanish
