Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Duties:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and provide solutions
- Work with refrigeration systems
- Read and interpret schematics to aid in troubleshooting
- Provide field service support as needed
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
- Handle plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems
- Drive company van to service locations
- Soldering and Brazing as required
Experience:
- Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation
- Ability to maintain and repair residential and light commercial boilers
- Proficiency in air conditioning systems maintenance
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Experience in field service support for HVAC systems
- Knowledge of property maintenance related to HVAC units
- Plumbing skills related to HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license for operating company vehicles
- Brazing and Soldering for necessary repairs
