- The Central Cake Decorator at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for creating visually stunning cakes that meet our quality standards and delight our customers. This role involves using various tools, techniques, icing, fondant, and other elements to design and decorate cakes. The decorator will also interact with customers, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness and organization, and collaborate with the team. Staying updated on trends and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards are also key aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and decorate cakes using a variety of tools, techniques, icing, fondant, and other elements.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain high-quality standards in cake decoration.
