Your Day-to-Day:
- Call and follow up with warm and cold mortgage leads
- Qualify borrowers and match them with the right loan programs
- Educate clients on mortgage options and benefits
- Guide borrowers through the application process
- Work closely with processors and management to ensure smooth closings
Who We’re Looking For:
- Active MLO license in MI, VA, FL, TX, OH, AL
- Experience in residential mortgage sales – phone sales a plus
- Confident and persuasive communicator with strong closing skills
- Familiarity with loan programs, underwriting, and compliance
- Comfortable making high-volume calls and using CRM systems
Commission Structure:
✅ 1 Loan Funded – 100 BPS
✅ 2 Loans Funded – 125 BPS
✅ 3 Loans Funded – 150 BPS
(Tier structure restarts on the 1st of every month)
