- Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews to deliver exceptional service on commercial and residential properties
- Develop and manage weekly schedules and route plans for maintenance teams
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and address client needs
- Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members
- Promote employee development and team growth through accountability and support
- Enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with account managers and clients to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor job costs, materials, and equipment usage to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Interest in long-term career growth and development
- Ability to obtain Registered Technician license
