Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew to efficiently and effectively complete landscape construction tasks.
• Ensure the quality of work meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Train and mentor crew members to achieve their best performance.
• Safely operate and oversee the use of equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and experience in landscape construction.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
• With insurance-approvable Motor Vehicle Report.
