Part Time Youth Worker (Evenings & Weekends Required)
Valley Lake Boys Home, Inc. – Breckenridge, MN
Valley Lake Boys Home is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to provide direct care and supervision to residents in a structured residential setting. This position requires evening and weekend availability.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18–$22 per hour (DOE)
- $1.50/hour weekend differential

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and maintain a safe, structured environment
- Serve as a positive role model and build therapeutic relationships
- Monitor daily schedules including chores, schoolwork, and activities
- Enforce rules and implement appropriate consequences
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities
- Assist with meals, recreation, and daily living skills
- Complete required documentation, logs, and reports
- Administer medications per policy and training
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
