Valley Lake Boys Home is seeking a Program Director to join our leadership team and help guide a long-standing residential treatment program serving adolescent boys.

What You’ll LeadAs Program Director, you will oversee:
- Staff supervision and development
- Treatment planning and program integrity
- Compliance with MN DOC licensing standards
- Collaboration with families, placing agents, and community partners
- Daily operations and long-term program improvements
You will also play a key role in training staff, supporting program initiatives, and maintaining a culture of accountability and support.
Who You AreYou are a leader who:
- Brings experience in residential care, corrections, or youth services
- Understands how to balance structure with empathy
- Can manage both people and process
- Is comfortable stepping in wherever needed to support the team
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
