This is a full-time, on-site Construction Worker role located in Cincinnati, OH. The Construction Worker will perform various tasks including site preparation, installation of drywall, metal framing, acoustic ceilings, and exterior cladding. Additional duties may include assisting with masonry, flooring, and renovation work as required. Collaborating with team members, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining high-quality workmanship will be essential aspects of this role.
- Proficiency in Construction techniques, including drywall, metal framing, and cladding
- Experience in Masonry and Flooring
- Knowledge of Renovation processes and best practices
- Ability to conduct basic Research to support project requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Ability to interpret project blueprints and plans
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction is a plus
