We are actively expanding, and with growth comes the need for more skilled talent on our team!We are seeking a talented individual with EXCEPTIONAL customer service to work on our team as an Assistant Property Manager.Qualifications:Active CA Real Estate Salesperson's or Broker's licensePrevious experience in property management or residential leasingFamiliarity with real estate contracts and leasesAbility to build rapport with tenants & clientsAbility to multitask and prioritizeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDuties:Oversee and assist with tenant compliance, delinquency collection, rent increase notifications, etc.Filter office callsAssist field team with inspections & compliance postingsVarious office administrative tasksAvailability:Monday - Friday, 8am-5pmAn hour lunch break is observed, typically from 1-2pmWe are closed most holidays and on weekendsAdditional compensation opportunity for after-hours or weekend calls are optionalCompany DescriptionVIP Management is a premier property management company located in the High Desert.
