Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Follows the Company Safety Programs and Policies
- Operate a forklift with a clamp attachment to move, load, unload, and stack paper rolls safely and efficiently.
- Handle regular palletized shipments using forklift forks, ensuring accurate staging and transport.
- Transport materials between storage, production, and shipping areas as required.
- Inspect forklifts and attachments daily; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Ensure proper handling techniques to prevent damage to paper rolls, pallets, and other materials.
- Assist with receiving shipments, verifying counts, and checking material quality.
- Stage and organize paper rolls and pallets according to production schedules and inventory requirements.
- Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and operational procedures when operating equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas.
- Complete required paperwork or system entries for material movements and inventory tracking.
- Support production, and shipping team with material handling needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Operations & Manufacturing Director and overall plant operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Forklift experience required; experience with clamp attachments strongly preferred.
- Prior experience handling paper rolls and palletized materials a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
