Responsibilities
- Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other digital platforms with precision and speed
- Maintain and update records regularly, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing information from multiple sources
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval
- Assist with data collection tasks, including transcription of handwritten or audio records into digital formats
- Generate reports using tools like pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze data trends
- Support order entry processes and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Perform basic math calculations to verify data totals and reconcile discrepancies
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate various software applications efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Experience
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a data entry role or office environment
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with data entry, typing at a high speed with accuracy, and transcription tasks
- Knowledge of filing systems and organizational methods for managing large volumes of information
- Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculations
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior office experience that involved data collection, order processing, or record management is highly desirable
