Job Description
The VHMG Operations Coordinator provides support to the VHMG Senior Directors, Medical Group Operations with the coordination of operational tasks, processes and workflows. The position is responsible for several project management initiatives which include physician call schedule and vendor payment management, action plan tracking across VHMG, initiative dashboard management, and monitoring incentive-based practice alignment programs. Represents VHMG as the resource for patient experience surveying and reporting. Additional tasks include but are not limited to: administrative support, invoicing, material management, general data collecting, directory management, timecard oversight, meeting support, contract management, and clinic template organization. Position will require confidentiality, professionalism and accountability as there is significant access to confidential employee, patient and organizational information.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Some college or subject matter certification preferred.
Experience
Two years' clerical office experience required.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) experience required.
Two years’ account payable, inventory management, and supply ordering preferred.
Qualifications
Two years’ experience with medical practice operations preferred.
Excellent Computer Knowledge And Skills Required.
Exceptional skills in verbal and written communications required.
Excellent attention to detail, demonstrated maturity and good judgment required.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of professional staff required.
Ability to work under time constraints to meet deadlines as required.
