We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Production Coordinator to oversee the production and media aspects of events for Valley Christian Schools. This dynamic position requires a committed individual with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance the overall experience of our school community.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate sound, lighting, and video elements for all school events.
- Collaborate with the Production Director to execute the overall ministry vision and direction.
- Train and oversee student operators for school events, with a focus on Chapel productions.
- Maintain equipment, including installation, minor repairs, and ordering of necessary supplies.
- Serve as the main tech operator for all school events, scheduling volunteers as needed.
- Set up AV equipment for events within the school.
- Utilize advanced audio and visual equipment, including Behringer Wing audio console, Behringer X32 ONYX lighting systems, ProPresenter7 presentation software, and ROE video wall.
- Interact with administrators, teachers, and students to assess and assimilate media requirements for events.
- Monitor the master calendar for school events, coordinating media needs approval.
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends as required, and be on call for all events.
