Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of HVAC Service Department.
- Recruit, train and support maintenance and service technicians.
- Manage employees including scheduling, performance management to motivate, develop and direct staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate with leadership on goals, challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units.
- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure trucks are properly stocked and our parts ordering process is optimized.
- Communicate when needed with customers on services, repairs, and replacements.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Utilize software on an ipad to dispatch, arrive, review work orders, create invoices, update and maintain records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company protocols.

Requirements/Prerequisites:
- Passion for a new endeavor that restores integrity and transparency to our customers and our industry.
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in HVAC technology or a related field preferred.
- Preferred minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces or at heights.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
