Sales Porter

Job Purpose:
- The Sales Porter plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership's vehicle lot. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, ensuring all vehicles are presentable for customers.
- Assist in the movement of vehicles within the dealership, including parking, retrieving, and delivering vehicles as needed.
- Support the sales team by preparing vehicles for customer test drives and ensuring they are in optimal condition.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and directing them to appropriate sales personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of vehicles for delivery, ensuring all paperwork is completed and vehicles are ready for customer pickup.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient operations and a seamless customer experience.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the overall goals of the dealership.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- CDL Required ****
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
