Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour

Oaks Center Cinema is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and values being part of a friendly, supportive team.

Schedule
- 5am to noon 4-5 days per week
- Friday through Monday (Thursdays as needed)
- Shift starts at 5:00 a.m.
- Some scheduling flexibility available
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain designated areas throughout the theater, including:
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies
- Emptying trash can
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces
- Stock and organize cleaning and maintenance supply areas
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and basic repairs as needed
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Work cooperatively with management and fellow team members
- Follow all company policies and health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely
- Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and safe handling procedures
- Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
