Warehouse Associate

Overview

We're looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. As an early member of our warehouse operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products move efficiently from receiving to shipping while helping us build scalable processes for the future.

Position Details

• Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM- 6:00PM
• Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on incoming materials and outgoing shipments to ensure products meet company standards.
• Label, package, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining shipping accuracy and efficiency.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and stock replenishment.
• Help identify inventory discrepancies and communicate issues to the operations team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that supports efficient daily operations.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including coordinating deliveries and organizing freight.
• Support production and fulfillment teams by ensuring materials and finished goods are available when needed.
• Help improve warehouse organization and workflows by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Pitch in wherever needed—whether that's reorganizing inventory, preparing for large shipments, or supporting new operational initiatives as the company grows.

Skills

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, retail stockroom, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and logistics operations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift throughout the day.
• Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records in warehouse databases
• Comfortable using technology, including inventory management systems, barcode scanners, or warehouse software (or willingness to learn).
• Familiarity with e-commerce order processing, packaging standards, trade compliance regulations, and international trade requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Work efficiently in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and activity levels.
