Summary:
Services customers by dealing, selling chips, paying customers and collecting bets, and verifies fills/credits.
Job Duties:
- Maintain a friendly relationship with customers.
- Exchange cash for playing chips.
- Ensure that wagers are placed before cards are dealt.
- Deals cards according to Casino standard procedures.
- Compute payable odds to pay winning bets.
- Possesses good working knowledge and understanding of games.
- Adheres to Casino policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Maintains integrity of table games activity.
- Responsible for table security at all times.
- Maintain a clean and neat table at all times.
- Responsible for depositing paperwork in drop box.
- Verify currency before placing in drop box.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of three months related experience and/or training is preferred.
- Must be able to deal the game in a fluid manner.
- Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
- Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
- Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
