Compensation:
$22 - $45 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Design personalized programs and conduct one-on-one training sessions to guide clients through exercises with proper form and technique, based on their goals and fitness levels.
- Motivate, monitor, and support clients to help them stay consistent and committed to their fitness journey, so they progress regularly and adjust training programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle choices that complement their fitness goals.
- Measuring and assessing the client's progress monthly, to ensure clients reach their fitness goals.
- Contributing to making Valley Fitness a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications:
- Skilled in creating customized fitness programs that align with each client's unique goals, abilities, and fitness level.
- Proven ability to motivate and encourage clients to stay consistent, engaged, and committed to achieving their fitness objectives.
- Experienced in educating clients on nutrition, healthy habits, and lifestyle practices that support long-term fitness success.
- Adept at tracking client performance and modifying training plans to maximize progress and results.
- Proficient in assessing and measuring client progress to ensure goals are met effectively and efficiently.
- Committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe training environment that promotes a positive client experience.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure correct form for safety and effectiveness.
