Front Desk Sales Associate

Are you passionate about fitness and motivated by hitting personal and team goals? We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Fitness Sales Associate to join our team.

In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with prospects and members, helping turn interest into long-term membership satisfaction. We’re seeking someone who can confidently promote our products and services, including fitness equipment, memberships, and wellness programs, while actively generating leads through calls, walk-ins, outreach, and member referrals.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others start their fitness journey, we’d love to hear from you.

$16.90 - $18 hourly

• Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term customers
• Acquire leads by contacting, messaging, or emailing new potential members by engaging with them at local events or studio walk-ins
• Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve the problems of members in an impartial and professional way
• Organize and manage promotion initiatives both inside and outside the studio

• Previous customer service experience required for this position
• Good organization and time management skills
• 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired
• Possess excellent computer skills, especially MS Office - Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
