Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role in Customer Service at our Naperville IL, location. Responsibilities include work order entry, WIP tracking, shipment scheduling, expediting, product certification, forecasting demand and processing customer inquiries. Team members will also handle phone interactions, resolve client concerns, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate service delivery. Senior team members will engage in account management, forecasting and support sales initiative.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with order processing systems and basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are an advantage
