We’re looking for a motivated, dependable team member to join our Reed Point Sure Stop location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes initiative, and values great customer service. You’ll play a key role in keeping the stores running smoothly while helping customers get what they need.
This position reports directly to the Reed Point store manager, Deb Schaefer and Retail Director, Jenny Calovis.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service every day
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with daily paperwork, including receipts, deposits, and filing
- Load feed and agricultural products into customer vehicles
- Receive and stock incoming inventory
- Fill propane tanks and bottles (training provided if needed)
- Keep shelves stocked and retail areas clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with general store upkeep, including outdoor grounds

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
- Ability to regularly lift 60 pounds
Basic Qualifications
- This position is limited to candidates 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Additional Qualifications
- Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified within 2 months)
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule
- This location is open 7 days a week, with the majority of our business done on weekends. Weekend availability is a must.
- Scheduled hours between 20-25 weekly
Pay & Benefits
- $12-$14 starting hourly wage based on experience
