Dispensing Audiologist (Full-Time or Part-Time)Overview
Are you a new graduate or early-career Audiologist with an interest in hearing aid dispensing and professional growth? Valley ENT is seeking a motivated Audiologist who wants to develop both strong clinical skills and confidence in hearing aid consultation within a supportive ENT environment.
This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow your earnings through ethical, patient-centered dispensing.
Key ResponsibilitiesAudiologic & Diagnostic Services
- Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
- Conduct OAE, tympanometry, ETD testing, and acoustic reflex threshold testing
- Interpret test results and collaborate with ENT physicians on treatment recommendations
- Document patient encounters and prepare reports for referring providers
Hearing Aid Dispensing & Patient Consultation
- Participate in the full hearing aid dispensing process, including assessment, selection, fitting, and follow-up care
- Learn to confidently counsel patients on hearing loss and amplification options
- Perform real ear measurements and live speech mapping to verify hearing aid benefit
- Educate patients on hearing aid use, care, and realistic expectations
- Assist with hearing aid checks, cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
Professional Development & Growth
- Receive support and guidance to develop skills in hearing aid consultation and sales conversations
- Build long-term patient relationships that support retention and referrals
- Contribute to the growth of the audiology program while maintaining ethical, patient-first care
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with experienced ENT physicians and clinical staff
- Benefit from an established referral base and structured workflows
- Practice in a team-oriented environment focused on learning and collaboration
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Audiologist
- Eligible for or pursuing Dispensing Audiologist credentials
- CCC-A certification preferred but not required
- Interest in hearing aid technology and patient counseling

Compensation & Schedule

- Base salary: $85,000
- Commission and bonus opportunities
- Total earning potential up to $150,000, based on 2025 performance metrics
Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
