What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator position at Valley ENT, PC?
ENT office is seeking to hire an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills to be part of our scheduling team.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner using AIDET to communicate with patients
2. Schedule new and established patient appointments. Maintaining the doctor's schedule according to the doctor's preference.
3. Enter patient demographics and insurance information.
4. Confirm appointments and remind patient to bring with them information needed for visit.
5. Operate the computer system efficiently to complete daily tasks.
6. Communicate professionally and effectively. Maintain positive and respectful interaction with providers, patients, and co-workers.
7. Follow HIPPA guidelines
8. Great time management skills
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
