Contractor with Electrical and General Construction licenses looking for self driven sales people to partner with and split job profits 50/50. Company will handle all project management. Contractor has websites marketing to solar & EV Chargers currently. With the GC license salespeople can sell anything from roofing,doors, Windows, bathroom, remodels, etc.You will have to provide own leads, but contractor is willing to invest into marketing funnels.We are currently seeking to hire a Salesman Construction to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the sales team activitiesEstablish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales teamAnalyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvementTrack results and trends regularly for business forecastingReport on team and individual performanceDevelop and execute innovative sales strategiesBuild and form new partnerships with potential clientsQualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fieldExperience as a supervisor or managerFamiliarity with CRM platformsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to build rapport with clients
