What are the responsibilities and job description for the Endodontist – New Graduate Opportunity position at Valley Endodontics & Oral Surgery?
Finishing residency is a major milestone. What comes next should be more than simply finding a job.
At Valley Endodontics & Oral Surgery, we're looking for a motivated endodontist who wants to develop their clinical skills, build strong referral relationships, and grow a successful long-term practice—with an experienced team behind them every step of the way.
Valley Endodontics & Oral Surgery is a privately owned specialty practice that has been serving Arizona since 1996. With 11 specialty offices and an established network of referring doctors, we offer new endodontists the infrastructure and support of an established organization while maintaining the mentorship, relationships, and autonomy of private practice.
Joining Valley means you can focus on becoming an exceptional clinician and building your reputation while our team helps support the business around you.
You'll have access to:
- Direct mentorship from Founder & CEO Dr. Steven Hymovitch (Dr. H), an endodontist, business leader, and executive coach
- Quarterly one-on-one strategy sessions focused on case review, referral relationships, practice growth, leadership, and career development
- An experienced marketing team to help you develop and strengthen relationships with referring doctors
- Administrative support for scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, and day-to-day operations
- An established practice infrastructure and referral network
- Opportunities for continued professional and leadership development
- The ability to build your own professional reputation within an established private practice
Learning how to perform excellent endodontics is only part of building a successful career.
Dr. H and the Valley team work with our doctors on the areas that often aren't taught in residency: building referral relationships, growing a practice, communicating with referring doctors, developing leadership skills, and creating a long-term career strategy.
Our goal isn't simply to give you a place to practice. We want to give you the support and resources to build a practice and career you're proud of.
With opportunities throughout Arizona, Valley offers the chance to build your career in one of the country's most dynamic and desirable regions. From the Phoenix and Scottsdale lifestyle to outdoor recreation, golf, dining, sports, and growing communities, Arizona offers plenty to enjoy outside the office, too.
We're interested in connecting with current endodontic residents, recent graduates, and early-career endodontists who are looking for more than their next job.
If you value clinical excellence, mentorship, professional growth, collaboration, and the opportunity to build something long-term, we'd like to meet you.
