The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, resourceful, and takes pride in delivering excellence behind the scenes. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership while supporting multiple specialty dental practices throughout Arizona.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership
- Manage confidential documents and sensitive business information
- Coordinate projects, meetings, and company communications
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain electronic and physical records with exceptional accuracy
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, managers, and office teams
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items
- Support special projects and company initiatives as needed

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
