Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position Overview:The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary contact to our customer’s purchasing department. The core responsibility is receiving purchase orders (POs) from the customer and providing necessary communication to our external customers regarding product information, order status, complaint resolution, etc.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and process in-coming customer purchase orders to ensure complete and accurate information
- Serve as the main point of contact between new and existing customers and Valley Design
- Work closely with other departments to process customer orders and requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- Computer skills - Gmail and Google Apps for Business or equivalent (such as Word and Excel)
- Attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication skills both written (email) and verbal (phone)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
