Responsibilities And Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of LMRTs and radiology support staff.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of X-ray equipment within the LMRT scope of practice.
- Monitor adherence to radiation safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of LMRT personnel.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate imaging services.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Current Texas LMRT license (or equivalent state licensure).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an LMRT, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of radiographic procedures within the LMRT scope.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a clinical setting.

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
