What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into our system
- Deliver meals and beverages in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to make their visit great
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist as a cashier or hostess when needed — we’re a team, and we support each other
- Work with fellow team members to ensure smooth, fast, and fun service
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a busy dining room

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and move quickly throughout the restaurant for extended periods. Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication. Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment. The associate is responsible for performing the essential responsibilities of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. The associate should notify Valley Dairy Corporate Headquarters Human Resources Department of any reasonable accommodation requests and may need to provide supporting medical documentation.
