- Licensing: Possession and maintenance of a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record, or the verifiable ability to successfully obtain one within a specified timeframe from hire.
- Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of engine mechanics, hydraulics, air brakes, and basic welding/fabrication, alongside proficiency with modern computerized diagnostic tools.
