Toddler Educator
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday

Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them learn, grow, and thrive? We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Toddler Educator to join our early childhood education program. This is a full-time position working with toddlers in a nurturing, play-based learning environment.
Position Responsibilities
Provide attentive care and supervision for toddlers
Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning, and developmental activities
Assist with diapering, toileting, and other personal care routines
Support children during meals and snacks
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Assist with daily classroom routines, transitions, and activities
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
Complete light cleaning and sanitizing duties as needed
Design and implement curriculum and classroom goals
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate
Two or more years of experience working with children from birth through grade 3
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, patient, and nurturing demeanor
Requirements
Must successfully pass a background check and fingerprint check upon hire
Ability to meet all state childcare licensing requirements
Northern Lights Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate, or an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
