The IT Systems Lead also coordinates closely with the MSP to escalate complex issues, support cybersecurity controls, implement infrastructure updates, and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (including HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, CCBHC, OHFLAC, and CARF). This includes collaborating on network upgrades, system patches, data protection measures, and user-access reviews to ensure a secure and resilient IT environment.
Ultimately, the IT Systems Lead plays a critical role in supporting clinical operations, maintaining business continuity, and ensuring that staff can rely on their technology to deliver safe, high-quality behavioral health services.
