Purpose of Position
This is a full-time position. This position will serve our Central Region of the agency (Bedford and Johnstown areas). The Program Specialist is responsible for developing and coordinating active treatment goals and objectives for those served under their caseload. The Program Specialist is also the direct supervisor of Program Managers. This position is supervised by the Operations Director for the area.
Qualifications
Valid PA driver's license
Education/Experience Matrix Must include one of the following:
- Completion of a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year experience working with persons with an Intellectual Disability.
OR
- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years experience working with persons with an Intellectual Disability
OR
- Completion of an Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years experience working with persons with an Intellectual Disability.
