Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Route Representative. The Route Representative will be responsible for delivering linen and uniform rental products to customers, ensuring timely and professional service. Additional responsibilities include managing customer relationships by resolving inquiries or issues, keep shelves organized and stocked based on customer needs, doing contract renewals and service reviews with customers on your assigned route, and load and unload the truck daily. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to use our platform to correctly bill and collect payment for invoices
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure proper inventory management
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Capability to lift and transport heavy items as required by the job
- Punctuality, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role or delivery services is preferred but not mandatory
