Intermediate Educational Aide
Reports to: Building Principal
Work Hours: 7:00-3:00
Compensation: $13.50 to $15.00 per hour
Benefits:
5 sick days
Work Year: 10 months for regular school year

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
Job Summary:
To support the learning of a student with a disability through supplementing instruction, redirection to task, and individualized attention.
Responsibilities:
- Help student complete instructional activities at the direction of the classroom teacher
- Redirect student to task
- Provide input on learning needs for assigned students
- Help provide accommodations in accordance with the IEP
- Provide behavioral support
- Assist student during transitions (ex., recess, specials, lunch)
- Reinforce appropriate calming strategies with student
