Job Description
As part of the broader Valley Children’s regional network, this Medical Director will help shape and advance high quality pediatric and newborn care throughout the Northern Central Valley ensuring infants and children receive exceptional care close to home.
Practice Highlights
- Provide clinical and strategic leadership for pediatric and newborn services at Emanuel Medical Center
- Oversee Level II nursery operations, including care protocols, stabilization practices, and quality outcomes
- Lead neonatal resuscitation and delivery room response standards for high-risk deliveries
- Engage in community outreach and relationship building with referring providers
- MD or DO degree: Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Significant clinical experience in delivery attendance, newborn stabilization and resuscitation, and newborn care
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certified
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, collaborative leadership, and community-based care

Salary : $241,975 - $272,250
