Medical Social Worker - Patient & Family Services - Dept. of Behavioral Pediatrics - Part Time

Job Summary

Accountable for meeting the psychosocial needs of patients and families through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, brief therapy, case consultation with the healthcare team and collaboration with other professionals in the community.

Qualifications

Education

• Masters Degree From an accredited School of Social Work (required)
  
  

Licenses and Certifications

• LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker - BBS - Board of Behavioral Sciences Eligible for license (preferred)
  
  

Work Experience

• Minimum six (6) months Health care environment (preferred)
  
  

Skills And Abilities

• Bilingual Skills Preferred.
