Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their development in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Engage children in interactive activities that foster their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall goals of the preschool program.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents that may occur.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
Skills
- Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential.
- Familiarity with infant care practices is a plus.
- Excellent caregiving abilities with a focus on nurturing children's growth and development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- First aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring.
