What You’ll Do
- Greet visitors and create a professional, welcoming first impression.
- Answer phones and route calls to the right team members.
- Perform admin tasks: filing, scanning, data entry, and record keeping.
- Assist with orders and inventory tracking.
- Register warranties and process customer claims.
- Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices, post payments, follow up on balances.
- Support bookkeeping: reconcile transactions, prepare deposits, and assist with reporting.
- Keep the office organized and stocked.
- Support sales staff with product samples and showroom coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven office experience – administration, customer service, or office management.
- Accounts receivable & bookkeeping skills – invoicing, payments, reconciliation.
- Detail-oriented and organized – you love systems and checklists.
- Tech-savvy – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks a plus.
- Strong communicator – friendly, professional, and clear.
- Team player – you like helping others and wearing multiple hats.
Entry-level candidates with strong administrative or accounting backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Schedule
Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)
Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Preferred Experience
- Administrative: 3 years
- Accounts Receivable: 2 years
